Sketchy COAs, customer-service screenshots, recent test results, vendors we should audit. The most useful tips include screenshots, dates, and any vendor identifiers.
If a number, claim, or date on the site doesn't match what you can verify, send it. Include the URL of the affected page. We respond and update within seven days.
Affiliate program enrollment, paid relationship questions, vendor outreach. We do not accept retainers or sponsored placements.
Media requests, interview asks, citation permissions. We respond on a weekly cadence.
Sensitive submissions
For tips that put you at risk — current or former vendor employees, lab insiders, anyone with documents that shouldn't exist publicly — we're setting up encrypted intake. Our PGP key publishes here once the first audit cycle ships. Until then, the safest path is a fresh ProtonMail account contacting tips@vialaudit.com without identifying details, then arranging a secure handoff in reply.
Response times
We read every email. Tips and corrections get a response within 48 hours. Partnership and press inquiries are batched on Fridays. PGP-encrypted submissions get triaged the same day they arrive.
