The tables above are built by an automated walkof each vendor's public catalog. The pipeline hits each vendor's product listings — WooCommerce Store API where available, JSON-LD or direct HTML parsing otherwise — and records the standard single-vial listed price. The runner is idempotent and re-runs daily, so prices reflect the most recent successful walk. Stock status is shown in the vendor column when an available variant is currently out of stock.

How to read the per-mg column

The per-mg figure is computed as price ÷ vial mg. Use it as a relative comparator within a compound, not across compounds. Different compounds have different cost-of-synthesis profiles — comparing per-mg cost between retatrutide and BPC-157 is not meaningful, but comparing retatrutide between two vendors is.

What is and isn't included

• Included:the vendors we maintain audit profiles for, and every tracked-compound SKU we can resolve from each vendor's catalog. Coverage varies per compound — not every vendor sells every compound.
• Not included: vendors we do not yet audit; blends and stacks (priced separately by SKU); any vendor flagged as shutdown or under regulatory action (see postmortems for the closed-vendor record).

Why these vendors, and not others

Vendor inclusion follows the audit cycle, not the price index. We add vendors to this page only after they appear as a preview or full audit profile under vendors. That keeps the price comparison anchored to vendors we have evaluated for COA practices, identity-confirmation methods, and shipping reliability — not just for cheapest cost.

What the cheapest tag means

The highlighted row marks the lowest-cost listing for that compound. It is not an endorsement. The cheapest vendor is sometimes also the vendor with the most friction — crypto-only payments, slower customer service, long-tail catalog inconsistency. Read the audit profile before ordering.

Updating cadence

Daily refresh on the active vendor set. The pipeline scrapes each vendor's catalog at 04:00 UTC and rebuilds the index before the page is regenerated. Vendors update pricing without notice; the table is only as current as the timestamp in the hero. Material price moves (more than 10% on any SKU) are logged in our corrections feed.
