GHK-Cu calculator.
Work out the reconstitution for a GHK-Cu vial. Enter the mg in the vial and the bacteriostatic water you add, and it returns the concentration in mg/mL and the volume in U-100 syringe units. Pre-filled with a common 50 mg vial — change it to match yours. Arithmetic only: it never suggests how much to use.

REFERENCEGHK-Cu is a skin peptide. The arithmetic above is the same for every compound — only the concentration changes with how you reconstitute. Common questions.
FAQHow do you work out GHK-Cu syringe units?
Reconstitute the vial, then divide the amount you want to draw by the concentration — mg of GHK-Cu in the vial divided by mL of bacteriostatic water — to get the volume in mL, and multiply by 100 for U-100 syringe units. The calculator above does it once you enter your vial and water.
How many units is 1 mg of GHK-Cu?
It depends on how you reconstitute it, not on the compound. A 50 mg GHK-Cu vial mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 25 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 4 units on a U-100 syringe. Use more water and the same 1 mg is more units.
What size vial does GHK-Cu come in?
Research GHK-Cu is commonly sold around 50 mg per vial, but sizes vary by vendor. The calculator works for any size — enter the mg printed on your label and the water you added.
