Klotho calculator.
Work out the reconstitution for a Klotho vial. Enter the mg in the vial and the bacteriostatic water you add, and it returns the concentration in mg/mL and the volume in U-100 syringe units. Pre-filled with a common 10 mg vial — change it to match yours. Arithmetic only: it never suggests how much to use.

REFERENCEKlotho is a longevity peptide with an approximate half-life of Soluble full-length Klotho circulates on an hours timescale; the short KP1/KP6 fragments are studied in vitro and in animal models, where dosing is repeated to maintain exposure. The arithmetic above is the same for every compound — only the concentration changes with how you reconstitute. Common questions.
FAQHow do you work out Klotho syringe units?
Reconstitute the vial, then divide the amount you want to draw by the concentration — mg of Klotho in the vial divided by mL of bacteriostatic water — to get the volume in mL, and multiply by 100 for U-100 syringe units. The calculator above does it once you enter your vial and water.
How many units is 1 mg of Klotho?
It depends on how you reconstitute it, not on the compound. A 10 mg Klotho vial mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 5 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 20 units on a U-100 syringe. Use more water and the same 1 mg is more units.
What size vial does Klotho come in?
Research Klotho is commonly sold around 10 mg per vial, but sizes vary by vendor. The calculator works for any size — enter the mg printed on your label and the water you added.
