MOTS-c calculator.
Work out the reconstitution for a MOTS-c vial. Enter the mg in the vial and the bacteriostatic water you add, and it returns the concentration in mg/mL and the volume in U-100 syringe units. Pre-filled with a common 10 mg vial — change it to match yours. Arithmetic only: it never suggests how much to use.

REFERENCEMOTS-c is a longevity peptide with an approximate half-life of Not fully characterized; multi-hour systemic effects observed. The arithmetic above is the same for every compound — only the concentration changes with how you reconstitute. Common questions.
FAQHow do you work out MOTS-c syringe units?
Reconstitute the vial, then divide the amount you want to draw by the concentration — mg of MOTS-c in the vial divided by mL of bacteriostatic water — to get the volume in mL, and multiply by 100 for U-100 syringe units. The calculator above does it once you enter your vial and water.
How many units is 1 mg of MOTS-c?
It depends on how you reconstitute it, not on the compound. A 10 mg MOTS-c vial mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 5 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 20 units on a U-100 syringe. Use more water and the same 1 mg is more units.
What size vial does MOTS-c come in?
Research MOTS-c is commonly sold around 10 mg per vial, but sizes vary by vendor. The calculator works for any size — enter the mg printed on your label and the water you added.
