24 Kovera certificates that fail a rule.

1. Lab verdict: fail. Kovera printed an overall fail on the certificate (17 certificates).
2. Identity not confirmed. The lab did not match the sample to the compound on the label (11). Coded product names such as "GLP-3 RT" can land here because the lab has no reference for the code, so read the certificate before treating it as a wrong compound.
3. Purity under 95%. HPLC purity below 95.0% (4). Where identity failed, the record gives a purity of zero or none, and we leave it blank.
4. Under 90% of label. Measured content divided by the label claim is below 90% (11). A very low figure can come from a label stated in a different unit; the certificate shows which.

Content above 110% of the label is listed separately at the foot of the page. Kovera does not grade it as a fail, and most of it is overfill. Certificates with no purity or content figure are not tested against those two rules.

860 further certificates measured more than 110% of the label and meet none of the rules above. Most of it is overfill. On blends the label often states each component while the lab reports the total, which can put the figure near 200%. Grouped by client, most certificates first.
