Score breakdown
Strengths & weaknesses
- Publishes 157 certificates across 82 compounds, each with a report ID and a verification code, on a public /coas lookup
- Uses two independent labs and states plainly it never runs its own lab
- Certificate dates are recent, June to September 2026, not a single stale batch
- US stock in Florida and California with a stated 24-hour dispatch and a named replacement policy
- Research-use-only framing carried on every product page
- None of its certificates is in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors, and we have not spot-checked a file against a lab's own server
- Retatrutide is sold only as "GLP3-RT (Trinity-X)"; the word retatrutide never appears on the page. We deduct 0.5 for regulatory exposure
- Purity figures (median 99.6%) are the shop's own published numbers, not independently confirmed
- Permanent "50% off" sticker pricing stacked with a 40% first-order code and a 10% bank-transfer discount reads as anchor pricing
- No named legal entity on the pages we read; the "20,000+ orders" figure is unverifiable, and the BPC-157 flagship was out of stock on 12 October 2026

FROM PUBLISHED POLICY AND USER REPORTSAudit notes
FROM THE BENCHWhat we found
- A large, well-presented certificate program we cannot verify. The shop publishes 157 certificates across 82 compounds, from two independent labs, Freedom Diagnostics and Kovera. Each carries a report ID and a verification code, and the dates run June to September 2026. None of it is in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors, and we have not checked a file against a lab's own server.
- The purity numbers are the shop's own. The lookup page reports a median of 99.6% purity; the BPC-157 page claims "99% or higher by HPLC" and endotoxin "under 0.1 EU/mg". These are the labs' figures as published by the shop, not results from a vial we bought and sent out.
- Retatrutide behind a code name. The tri-agonist is sold only as "GLP3-RT (Trinity-X)". The word retatrutide does not appear on the page.
- Aggressive, stacked discounting. A standing "50% off" sticker, a 40% first-order code, pack pricing to 20%, and a further 10% for paying by bank transfer.
- A young domain with a large order claim. realpeptides.co was registered on 16 April 2025, about 18 months before this audit; the homepage states "20,000+ orders shipped", which we cannot verify.
Real Peptides scores 62/100 on public data.
"GLP3-RT" is Real Peptides' name for retatrutide
The Trinity-X page, read on 12 October 2026, is headed "GLP3-RT (Trinity-X)" and files the product under "GLP Peptides". Its description calls it "a synthetic single-chain peptide of 39 amino acids" and "a tri-agonist at three class B1 G-protein-coupled receptors" with "a fatty-acid modification that supports reversible albumin association". That profile is retatrutide, Lilly's LY3437943. The word retatrutide appears nowhere on the page.
FDA's August 2026 letters named code names beside the real compound, so a code name no longer keeps a product out of a letter. We take the same 0.5 regulatory-exposure deduction we applied to Particle Peptides for "GLP-3" and Panda Peptides for "Triple Receptor Agonist". The pattern is covered in GLP-3 RT is retatrutide and code-name catalogs and FDA evasion. Real Peptides also lists survodutide, mazdutide, cagrilintide and other GLP-class compounds, the category under the heaviest FDA and Eli Lilly pressure in 2026.
What the certificate program shows
| Field | What the shop states (12 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Certificates on file | 157 |
| Compounds covered | 82 |
| Labs | Freedom Diagnostics and Kovera; "never our own lab" |
| Methods | HPLC with UV 214 nm, LC-MS identity, plus endotoxin, sterility and heavy-metal add-ons |
| Reported median purity | 99.6% |
| Verification | report ID plus a verification code per certificate, at a public lookup |
| Dates seen | June to September 2026 |
What this does and does not establish:
- It is more paperwork than most shops publish, tied to specific lots, with a verification code a buyer can enter. That is real transparency at the presentation layer.
- We cannot confirm any of it. None of these certificates is in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors. Our Kovera mirror holds certificates to 1 August 2026 and lists no Real Peptides client; the shop's Kovera reports are newer than that pull. We did not open a certificate file and check it against a lab's own record for this audit.
- The figures are the labs' as published by the shop. A median of 99.6% is a strong number, but it is self-reported. No lab we know of has tested a Real Peptides vial bought anonymously.
Payments, shipping and support
| Topic | What the shop states (12 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Stock and dispatch | held in Florida and California, "ships within 24 hours" on business days |
| Delivery | 2 to 4 business days; free standard shipping (homepage says over $250, an FAQ says over $150) |
| Payment | card at checkout, and "Bank Pay" bank transfer for a further 10% off |
| Returns | damaged, missing or undelivered orders replaced; claims reviewed within one business day |
| Support | email, answered "same day" by a person in Florida |
| Legal entity | none named on the pages we read |
| Research framing | "For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption or therapeutic treatment" on every product page |
The shipping figure on this page (3 days domestic) is the midpoint of the shop's 2-to-4-day range. We have no delivery of our own to compare it with, and the BPC-157 10mg flagship showed "out of stock" on 12 October 2026 despite the sitewide 24-hour-dispatch claim.
Pricing
Regular (pre-sale) prices captured from realpeptides.co on 12 October 2026, against our vendor pricing index (nine vendors, built 25 June 2026). The shop's standing "50% off" roughly halves each figure at checkout.
| Product | Regular price | $/mg | Index median $/mg | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 10 mg | $86.40 | 8.64 | 8.43 | +2% |
| GLP3-RT (retatrutide) 10 mg | $124.80 | 12.48 | 8.50 | +47% |
At the standing 50% discount these fall to $4.32/mg and $6.24/mg. We did not re-run the index for this audit, and we did not price the shop's stacks or non-vial formats (capsules, sprays, serums), where per-mg comparison does not hold. The permanent-sale structure, where the "real" price is one almost no buyer pays, is itself worth noting.
How we scored Real Peptides
| Subscore | Weight | Score | Main reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| COA quality | 40% | 6.8 | 157 certificates across 82 compounds from two independent labs, each with a verification code and a recent date; but none in our mirrors, no spot-check against a lab server, and the purity figures are self-reported |
| Pricing | 25% | 6.5 | Regular prices near our index for BPC-157 and 47% over for retatrutide; effective prices well under at the standing 50% sale; permanent-sale anchor pricing |
| Shipping | 20% | 6.8 | US stock in two states, 24-hour dispatch and 2-4 day delivery stated; flagship out of stock, no order of ours |
| Support | 15% | 6.5 | Named replacement policy and a stated same-day human reply; no named legal entity, 18-month-old domain, unverifiable order volume |
The weighted subscores come to 6.7. We take 0.5 off for regulatory exposure: retatrutide sold as "GLP3-RT", the deduction we applied to Particle Peptides and Panda Peptides. Vendors with an open FDA warning letter lose 1.5; we found none naming Real Peptides. That gives 6.2, or 62/100. The rubric is on our methodology page, and the score recalculates if we complete a first-hand order.
Verdict
Real Peptides presents its lab paperwork better than most shops we track: 157 certificates, two independent labs, a verification code on each, recent dates. The gap is independence. None of it is in our mirrors, we have not checked a file against a lab's record, the headline purity is self-reported, and retatrutide sits behind the "GLP3-RT" code name. Treat the 99.6% as a claim until a certificate is checked, read the certificate for your exact lot, and expect a price near our index only if you ignore the standing sale.
FAQ
Is Real Peptides legit? It is a US shop that publishes 157 third-party certificates across 82 compounds, from Freedom Diagnostics and Kovera, each with a verification code. We cannot independently confirm any of it: none is in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors, and the purity figures are the labs' as published by the shop. The domain is about 18 months old. We score it 62/100 on public data and have not placed an order.
Does Real Peptides sell retatrutide? Yes, as "GLP3-RT (Trinity-X)". The product page describes a 39-amino-acid tri-receptor agonist with an albumin-binding fatty-acid modification, which is retatrutide (Lilly's LY3437943), but the word retatrutide never appears on it.
Which labs does Real Peptides use? Freedom Diagnostics and Kovera, two independent labs. The shop states it never runs its own lab. You can enter a certificate's report ID and verification code at the shop's lookup to confirm a report exists, but we have not checked those files against the labs' own servers.
Does Real Peptides ship to the US? Yes. It states stock in Florida and California, dispatch within 24 hours, and 2-to-4-business-day delivery, with free standard shipping over $250 (an FAQ says $150). We have not placed an order to confirm these times.
What we read, and what we did not
We read the shop's homepage, its certificate lookup, and the BPC-157 and Trinity-X product pages on 12 October 2026, the domain registration record, our Janoshik and Kovera mirrors, and our 25 June 2026 pricing index.
We did not place an order, open checkout, contact the shop or its labs, open a certificate file to check it against a lab's own server, or re-run the price index. The certificate figures are the labs' as published by the shop.
