Score breakdown

Strengths & weaknesses
- 112 lot-level certificates cover all 51 products; current panels add sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen
- All 12 ILS certificates we checked matched the lab's own portal or lab-hosted file on product, lot, purity and content
- It still publishes an underfilled February MOTS-c certificate (8.95 mg on a 10 mg label) rather than removing it
- Well below our price index on most staples per mg at list price: BPC-157 −46%, TB-500 −59%, NAD+ −56%
- Card payment (Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay), so a buyer keeps chargeback rights
- Published US address and phone, 0-to-2-day processing and free standard shipping over $100
- Identity on every ILS certificate is by HPLC retention time against a reference standard, not mass spectrometry
- All testing is commissioned by the shop; we found no independent buyer test in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors or on Finnrick
- GLP-1s sold under code names, GLP-1 (SM), GLP-2 (TR) and GLP-3 (RT), the pattern FDA cited in its August 2026 letters (0.5 deduction)
- No refunds: one replacement for transit damage reported within 14 days; subscriptions are non-refundable
- The site names no legal entity, and its Terms grant a perpetual licence to monetize customer data while its Privacy Policy says it does not sell data
- One-star reviews cluster on shipping delays, cloudy vials, missing or wrong-lot COAs and refused refunds

FROM PUBLISHED POLICY AND USER REPORTSPublic reviews
TRUSTPILOT · READ 2026-10-15Recurring complaints in the one- and two-star reviews: shipping delays and backorders, including paid two-day orders; vials described as cloudy, gelled or with particles; missing COAs or COAs for the wrong lot; refunds refused or no reply; retatrutide (GLP-3) buyers saying it did nothing. The oldest review date comes from an archived copy of the profile from 1 March 2026, when all 34 reviews, posted from 8 January, were five-star; the profile's later pages now need a login. Amino Club replied to 33 of 55 negative reviews. This is a second-hand signal. Nearly every peptide shop on Trustpilot scores between 4.3 and 5.0, so we weigh the spread, the dates and the complaints rather than the headline score, and never above a lab result. Read the profile.
Audit notes
FROM THE BENCHWhat we found
- The most complete certificate set we have read. 112 lot-level certificates cover all 51 products. Current ones come from ILS Laboratories in San Diego and add sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen to purity and content.
- They check out against the lab. All 12 ILS certificates we sampled matched ILS's own record on product, lot, purity and content. None is marked as a fail, and the shop still publishes an underfilled February MOTS-c certificate.
- The limits of that paperwork. ILS identifies the peptide by HPLC retention time, not mass spectrometry, every certificate is commissioned by the shop, and we found no independent test of an Amino Club vial by a buyer.
- Cheap at list, cheaper with codes. Most staples sit well below our index per milligram, and a sitewide 40% code was live when we read the shop.
- Code names and consumer features. Retatrutide is "GLP-3 (RT)", and the catalogue includes nasal sprays and monthly subscription panels, under a research-use disclaimer.
- Weak on recourse. No refunds except a replacement for transit damage, email-only support, and no legal entity named anywhere on the site.
Amino Club scores 67/100 on public data.
Who runs it
| Field | What we found (15 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Name on the site | "Amino Club"; no company is named on any page we read |
| Address and phone | 241 Molnar Dr, Suite 202, Elmwood Park, NJ 07407 · (201) 208-2846, per its Terms |
| Governing law | New Jersey, with arbitration |
| Registered company | AMINO CLUB LLC, New Jersey entity 0451400463, appears on OpenCorporates with a Garfield, NJ address. The site never names it, so we cannot confirm it is the operator |
| Domain | aminoclub.com was first registered on 12 May 2019 but was a parked for-sale page until at least July 2025; the record was last updated on 16 December 2025 |
| On sale since | product records and the Trustpilot profile date from 4 January 2026 |
| Sourcing claim | its FAQ says it uses "USA-based manufacturing partners"; we could not check this |
It has grown fast since January, and a new operation is one of the risks our scoring weighs.
The certificate program
| Field | What the shop publishes (15 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Certificates | 112 records covering all 51 products, one or more per lot |
| Labs | ILS Laboratories (about 92), Ethos Analytics (11, the spray products), Freedom Diagnostics (9, February 2026 lots) |
| Current panel (ILS) | HPLC purity, net content, identity by retention time, ICP-MS elemental impurities, PCR sterility, USP 85 endotoxin, fentanyl immunoassay |
| Verification | each ILS certificate links to a record on ILS's portal; Freedom offers a lookup form |
| Batch link | lot numbers on every certificate; the shop says each vial label carries a QR code |
| Dates | current lots tested July to October 2026 |
One we read ourselves. ILS record COA-2026-CPBNK2 is for "GLP-3 RT - 10mg", lot RT0004, tested for Amino Club. The sample was received on 14 August and confirmed on 21 August 2026. It shows 99.92% purity, 10.27 mg net content and identity "confirmed" by retention time against a reference standard. Arsenic, cadmium, chromium and lead are present in trace amounts within the lab's limits, and mercury is below quantitation. Sterility shows no growth, endotoxin is at or below 0.05 EU/mL, and the fentanyl screen is negative. ILS notes that product names and lot numbers are supplied by the client and not independently verified.
What this does and does not establish:
- The ILS certificates are real and thorough. Ten of our twelve checks resolved on ILS's portal and two matched files hosted by the lab. The panels go well beyond the purity-only certificates most shops publish.
- Identity is the weak link. Retention time shows a peak where the reference elutes. It is a weaker identity test than mass spectrometry, which the better-documented shops use. Our lab comparison covers ILS's methods.
- The early lots were looser. Its nine February certificates from Freedom Diagnostics carry purity, identity and content only. Two show fills off label: MOTS-c lot M0022 at 8.95 mg on a 10 mg label (−10.5%) and a KPV lot at 13.76 mg (+38%). We did not check these against Freedom's lookup. Here is how to check a Freedom Diagnostics COA.
- Nobody independent has tested a vial. Every certificate is commissioned by the shop. We found none in our Janoshik or Kovera mirrors, and Finnrick listed no tests.
Pricing
List prices from the shop's public research-use page and catalogue summary on 15 October 2026, per milligram, against our vendor pricing index (built 15 October 2026).
| Product | List price | $/mg | Index median $/mg | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Retatrutide ("GLP-3 (RT)") 10 mg | $69.99 | 7.00 | 6.25 | +12% |
| Retatrutide 30 mg | $199.99 | 6.67 | 6.25 | +7% |
| Tirzepatide ("GLP-2 (TR)") 30 mg | $59.99 | 2.00 | 11.55 | −83% |
| GHK-Cu 100 mg | $57.99 | 0.58 | 0.79 | −27% |
| Tesamorelin 10 mg | $69.99 | 7.00 | 7.60 | −8% |
| BPC-157 10 mg | from $39.99 | 4.00 | 7.41 | −46% |
| TB-500 10 mg | from $39.99 | 4.00 | 9.70 | −59% |
| NAD+ 500 mg | from $69.99 | 0.14 | 0.32 | −56% |
The BPC-157, TB-500 and NAD+ vial sizes are taken from the shop's certificate lots, because the product pages sit behind the researcher gate. The tirzepatide median rests on only four listings in our index. Semaglutide ("GLP-1 (SM)", $49.99 for 10 mg) has no median to compare against.
A sitewide code, FALL40, took 40% off when we read the shop, and the site's code schedules other 35% codes. With it, retatrutide falls to about $4 per mg. Standing discount codes make the list price an anchor rather than the usual price, so compare what you would actually pay.
Payments, shipping and support
| Topic | What the shop states (15 October 2026) |
|---|---|
| Payment | Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay; no crypto, Zelle or Cash App |
| Shipping | US only, all 50 states and PO boxes; international "coming soon" |
| Processing | 0 to 2 business days, 3 pm ET cutoff |
| Rates | standard $4.99 (1 to 4 days, free over $100), two-day $14.99, overnight $39.99, by FedEx or USPS |
| Lost parcels | "free shipment protection" on every order, but no written lost-package policy |
| Returns | one replacement for transit damage, with a photo, within 14 days; no refunds otherwise; subscriptions non-refundable |
| Support | email only, with a reply promised within 24 hours on business days |
| Membership | store credit tiers, paid "Research Access" tiers, and a monthly "Research Panel" of four compounds at 40% off with a three-month minimum |
| Data | Terms §23 grants a perpetual licence to monetize customer data and share it with affiliates, including telehealth and pharmacy businesses; the Privacy Policy says "We do not sell" |
Card payment keeps a chargeback available, which Zelle- or Venmo-only shops cannot offer. Everything else leans toward the shop: no refunds, email-only support, no named company, and Terms that reserve rights over customer data the Privacy Policy appears to deny.
Code names and research framing
The three GLP-1 products are sold as GLP-1 (SM), GLP-2 (TR) and GLP-3 (RT): semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide. FDA quoted exactly this kind of naming in its August 2026 warning letters, and our code-name analysis explains why it matters. We found no letter naming Amino Club, so this is the 0.5 regulatory-exposure deduction, not the 1.5 for an open letter.
The pages we could read carry a research-use-only disclaimer. An archived April 2026 copy of the GLP-3 page carried clinical-trial text, "stays active in your body" wording and pay-in-4 financing; we could not read its current version. The catalogue still includes nasal "Research Mists", bacteriostatic water sold as "Amino H2O" and monthly subscription panels. Those features look more like a consumer product than a laboratory supply.
What reviewers and buyers say
On Trustpilot (4.6 from 615, under Public reviews above), 199 of the latest 200 reviews are marked organic and the shop does not invite reviews, a stronger profile than most in the category. The low-star reviews cluster on:
- shipping delays and backorders, many from April and May, including paid two-day orders
- vials described as cloudy, gelled or with particles
- missing certificates, or certificates for the wrong lot
- refused refunds or no reply
- GLP-3 buyers who say the product did nothing
Several recent one-star reviews and a Reddit post allege serious harm, including hospitalisation. None names a lot or has been verified, and we cannot assess them. Two reviews from parents say minors ordered through the single-click age gate. Others report impersonators demanding fees.
Reddit is mixed. Repeat buyers in r/Biohacking report satisfaction, while others call the products relabelled grey-market stock at two to three times the price. Promotion is heavy: AI-written coupon posts, affiliate lists that pass on discount codes, and more than 30 influencer codes in archived copies of the site. The shop runs an affiliate program, which we are not part of.
How we scored Amino Club
| Subscore | Weight | Score | Main reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| COA quality | 40% | 7.5 | Lot-level certificates for all 51 products with full panels, all 12 checked against the lab's portal; but identity by retention time only, every test commissioned by the shop, looser early lots |
| Pricing | 25% | 8.4 | Well below our index on most staples at list; retatrutide slightly above at list; standing codes act as anchors |
| Shipping | 20% | 7.2 | Clear rates, 0-to-2-day processing, free standard over $100; a spring cluster of delay complaints and no written lost-package policy |
| Support | 15% | 4.5 | Email only, no refunds, no named legal entity, a data licence at odds with its privacy policy, a single-click age gate |
The weighted subscores come to 7.2. Selling GLP-1s under code names takes 0.5 off as regulatory exposure, for 6.7, or 67/100. We found no FDA warning letter, Eli Lilly lawsuit, state action or federal court docket naming Amino Club or AMINO CLUB LLC. FDA's own letter search would not load for us, so we relied on our enforcement tracking and press searches. The rubric is on our methodology page.
Verdict
Amino Club backs every product with a lot-specific certificate from a real lab, the ones we checked match the lab's records, and its prices are low. What it lacks is independent confirmation: identity rests on retention time, every test is commissioned by the shop, and no buyer has published a lab result for one of its vials. It is also built for a consumer audience, with code-named GLP-1s, nasal sprays, subscriptions, heavy influencer promotion and a one-click age gate, and its policies leave little recourse beyond a card chargeback. Check the certificate for your exact lot on ILS's portal, and pay by card.

FAQ
Is Amino Club legit? Amino Club is a real, large US shop, selling since January 2026 from a New Jersey address, and its paperwork is better than most: 112 lot-level certificates cover all 51 products, and the 12 we checked against the lab's own records matched. The caveats: identity is tested by HPLC retention time only, no buyer has published an independent test, the GLP-1s are sold under code names, refunds are refused except for transit damage, and the site names no legal entity. We score it 67/100 on public data and have not placed an order.
Are Amino Club's COAs real? The ILS certificates we checked are. All 12 we checked matched ILS Laboratories' own record on product, lot, purity and content, ten on its verification portal and two as files the lab hosts. We read lot RT0004 of its retatrutide (GLP-3 RT) ourselves: 99.92% purity and 10.27 mg. A certificate cannot show that your vial came from that lot, and ILS identifies the peptide by retention time, not mass spectrometry. We found no published independent buyer test of an Amino Club vial.
Does Amino Club sell retatrutide? Yes, as "GLP-3 (RT)", at $69.99 for 10 mg, $134.99 for 20 mg and $199.99 for 30 mg at list price on 15 October 2026. Tirzepatide is sold as "GLP-2 (TR)" and semaglutide as "GLP-1 (SM)". Selling GLP-1s under code names is the pattern FDA cited in its August 2026 warning letters, so we take 0.5 off the score.
What is Amino Club's refund policy? It offers a one-time replacement for items damaged in transit, reported with a photo within 14 days, and no refunds otherwise; subscriptions are non-refundable. Payment is by Visa, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay, so a card chargeback remains available.
Is aminoclub.co or amino-club.com the real Amino Club? aminoclub.co and aminoclub.net redirect to aminoclub.com. amino-club.com, registered on 13 September 2026, and aminoclubusa.com are separate copycat shops, and aminoclubs.com redirects to a different vendor. Reviewers also report impersonators asking for fees. The real shop is aminoclub.com.
What we read, and what we did not
The sources we read are listed in the note at the top of this page and under Sources.
We did not pass the researcher gate, so we have not read the current product pages. We did not place an order, open checkout, contact the shop or any lab, or test a vial. We did not run Freedom Diagnostics' lookup for the February lots or verify the Ethos certificates. Trustpilot's later review pages need a login, so the oldest-review date comes from an archived copy.
