Is Freedom Diagnostics legit? How to check a Freedom COA

Freedom Diagnostics signs more vendor COAs than any lab in PepIndex's index, and its lookup works. No ISO 17025 accreditation found. How to check a report.

QUICK ANSWER

Freedom Diagnostics Testing is a working peptide-testing operation: it states a Franklin, Tennessee address, publishes a $200 purity-and-identity price, and its certificate lookup resolved every real code we entered on 22 October 2026. It is the largest lab in PepIndex's certificate index. The public record shows no accreditation: we found no ISO 17025 listing, and ClearBatch found no business registration for the Tennessee operation (18 September 2026). Look the code up yourself, then treat a Freedom COA as evidence about one batch.

Is Freedom Diagnostics legit?

Freedom Diagnostics Testing is a working peptide-testing service. It publishes prices, states a Tennessee address, and runs a public certificate lookup that confirmed every real code we entered on 22 October 2026. The public record names no owner and shows no audit by an accreditation body. Check a Freedom COA on the lab's own site, and it becomes evidence about one tested sample.

Most buyers meet Freedom on a vendor's certificate page. In our audits it appears on reports for Hello Stacks' StackOne pens, Swiss Chems, Amino Club's February 2026 lots, Real Peptides and Research Peptide Hub.

Who runs Freedom Diagnostics, and where is it?

The website gives 133 Holiday Ct, Suite 106, Franklin, TN 37067, labelled "New Location", and says the lab was established in 2023. It names no owner, director or chemist. Its certificates carry a "Principal Chemist" signature block and an email at freedomdiagnostics.net.

Domain records add dates, read on Verisign's registry on 22 October 2026:

The earliest Freedom test in Finnrick's partner list is dated 25 April 2025. ClearBatch's assessment, updated 18 September 2026, found no business registration for the Tennessee operation and no named chemists or directors. We did not search Tennessee's business registry, so we do not add to that.

Is Freedom Diagnostics accredited?

We could not find an accreditation. Freedom's COA lookup page says it is "Compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management Principles" and follows "Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Quality Standard Principles". Neither line names an accreditation body or certificate number, and neither appears on the two certificates we read.

  • ISO/IEC 17025 is the standard for testing labs. ClearBatch found no Freedom entry in the ILAC registry (18 September 2026). PeptideCompare's lab table found none in accreditation bodies' registries (checked 10 October 2026). Our own searches of the A2LA and PJLA directories on 22 October returned no Freedom entry. Those directories are partly script-driven, so we record this as "not found", not as proof of absence.
  • CLIA. ClearBatch says the lab cites CLIA number 14D2263999. Copies of the CMS record list that number for "Freedom Diagnostic Testing, PLLC" in Hillsboro, Illinois, on a Certificate of Waiver, which "is issued to a laboratory to perform only waived tests" (record copy). The record names a Hillsboro address, not Franklin, Tennessee. We did not find that number on Freedom's website or certificates. The record alone does not show whether the Illinois PLLC and the Tennessee lab are one business. ClearBatch reads it as a certificate that does not cover the Tennessee address. That is ClearBatch's inference, not a CMS finding. CLIA covers clinical testing on human specimens, not peptide assays.

Our lab comparison shows the same accreditation gap for most labs signing research-peptide COAs.

What does Freedom Diagnostics test, and what does it cost?

Freedom's intake form, read 22 October 2026, lists these prices.

ServiceMethod statedPrice
Purity and IdentificationHPLC-UV purity, LC-MS identity$200
Net peptide contentadded to purity and ID$25
EndotoxinLAL assay, USP 85$175, extra vial
Sterility screenPCR for microbial DNA$150, extra vial
Conformitymore vials from the same lot$50 per vial
Fentanyl screennot stated$40
Vial photoprinted on the certificatefree

The homepage advertises "Average results in 1-3 business days" and says it does not accept HGH, HCG, HMG or testosterone. Read the wording closely. The homepage says every COA has "both HPLC purity and LC-MS identity", but the intake form describes the base test as "HPLC and/or mass spectrometry". The "sterility screen" is PCR for microbial DNA, a different test from growth-based USP 71 sterility.

On the GLOW pen certificate we read, endotoxin was reported as "Pass" at an assay sensitivity of 0.05 EU/mL, with no EU/mg figure. Our endotoxin explainer covers why the unit matters.

PepIndex recomputes its report from a live index, so the count moves. The counts cover PepIndex's 27 vendors and are not market share. A company search for "Research Peptide Hub" on Freedom's lookup returned no records on 22 October. Freedom prints only the company name the submitter enters, so those reports may sit under another name. We have not matched them.

What do Freedom Diagnostics reviews and Reddit say?

Direct reviews are few. What we read, 9 to 22 October 2026:

  • Directories. ClearBatch: "Tier 4, Unverifiable", portal functional. Peptigrity: a public verification portal, no ISO 17025 on file. PeptideCompare: no accreditation found.
  • A claim we could not check. Peptide Critic's lab page says community members report Freedom "failing to correctly identify a sample's actual contents" in a blind test. It links no record, and we have not seen one.
  • Results that differ from other labs. In April 2026 a buyer on the Peptide Critic forum said a CJC/ipamorelin vial measured about 20% lower in mass at Freedom than at Janoshik, and paid $225 (thread). In a May 2026 multi-lab comparison, Peptide Critic found Freedom on "the higher side for mass" for retatrutide, with purity in line with the other labs (report). Content figures vary between labs in both directions.
  • Our own reading. On two blend pens sold as containing TB-500, Freedom's reports named Ac-SDKP instead (the identity line on one, the net-content line on the other), which we covered in the Hello Stacks audit.
  • Reddit. On 8 October a buyer listed labs including "Freedom, Kovera, Accumark, ILS". One reply called most of them "not legitimate labs" and gave no reason (r/PeptidePathways).

How do I verify a Freedom Diagnostics COA?

The PDF on the lab's server outranks the copy on a vendor's page.

  1. Find the Search Code. It sits in the top-right table, for example Swis2609239096: the first four letters of the client name, then the accession number.
  2. Open the lookup yourself. Type freedomdiagnosticstesting.com into your browser and choose the COA lookup. Do not use a vendor's link or QR code.
  3. Enter the code. On 22 October a real code returned an exact match, and the same code with one digit changed returned no match. No match means a typo, a fabricated report, or one the client has not made public. Ask the vendor which.
  4. Open the PDF from the lab. It should load from coas.freedomdiagnosticstesting.com. Compare the client name, product, lot, received and reported dates, purity, identity and net content with the vendor's copy.
  5. Match the lot to your vial. A real report for a different lot says nothing about the vial in your hand.
  6. Read the method lines. Identity should say LC-MS. If net content says "Not requested", the report does not tell you how much is in the vial.
  7. Check the dates. A report received months before your batch shipped may cover an older lot.
  8. Look at the chromatogram and mass panels. An edited PDF often changes a number but not the picture.
  9. Run the company search. It lists every report under a client name, which shows whether the vendor publishes all of them. Six of 19 StackOne records were missing from that shop's own page.

Our COA verifier does not cover Freedom codes yet. Use the lab's lookup.

The ISO 17025 row follows PeptideCompare's registry check of 10 October 2026. Freedom's company search shows a vendor's full record at that lab, which Kovera no longer allows. We cannot yet say how often Freedom publishes low results, because we have not mirrored its corpus. Below-label results do appear: an Amino Club MOTS-c lot measured 8.95 mg on a 10 mg label.

What we have not checked

We have not mirrored Freedom's records, contacted the lab, searched Tennessee's business registry or read the CMS registry directly. We have not seen the blind-test failure Peptide Critic describes, or any second-lab result on a Freedom-tested vial.

Frequently asked

Is Freedom Diagnostics legit?

As a testing service, the public record supports it: a published price list, a stated Tennessee address, and a lookup that resolved every real code we tried on 22 October 2026. As a credentialed lab, it is unverified. We found no ISO 17025 accreditation, and ClearBatch rated it "Tier 4, Unverifiable" on 18 September 2026.

Is Freedom Diagnostics accredited?

We could not find an accreditation. Its COA lookup page says it is "Compliant with ISO 9001 Quality Management Principles" and follows Good Laboratory Practice principles, which are statements, not certificates. ClearBatch (18 September 2026) and PeptideCompare (10 October 2026) found no ISO 17025 listing, and neither did we.

Where is Freedom Diagnostics located?

Its website gives 133 Holiday Ct, Suite 106, Franklin, Tennessee 37067, marked "New Location", and says it was established in 2023. Its web domain was registered on 14 February 2025. The email domain printed on its certificates, freedomdiagnostics.net, was registered on 8 July 2022.

How much does Freedom Diagnostics testing cost?

Its intake form, read 22 October 2026, lists Purity and Identification at $200, net peptide content at $25, endotoxin at $175, PCR sterility screening at $150, conformity at $50 per extra vial and a fentanyl screen at $40. The site advertises average results in 1-3 business days.

How do I verify a Freedom Diagnostics COA?

Find the Search Code on the certificate: four letters of the client name plus the accession number. Type freedomdiagnosticstesting.com into your browser, open the COA lookup and enter it. Then open the PDF from the lab's own server and compare client, product, lot, dates, purity and identity with the copy the vendor gave you.

How many COAs has Freedom Diagnostics issued?

Freedom's homepage claims both "42,000+" and "69,000+" public COAs. The independent counts are smaller samples: PepIndex credited 233 of 654 certificates in its index to Freedom on 22 October 2026, and Finnrick lists 225 Freedom tests from 2025. We hold no Freedom certificates in our own mirrors.
