On 21 October 2026, across 128 research-peptide listings from 9 retail vendors, the median price per labelled milligram was $6.50 for retatrutide (20 listings, $3.50 to $13.05), $6.12 for BPC-157 (18, $4.00 to $11.36), $7.03 for TB-500 (13, $4.00 to $14.40) and $0.79 for GHK-Cu (15, $0.43 to $2.47). Larger vials cost less per mg. Price per labelled mg is not price per mg in the vial: only a lot-specific lab result tells you that.
Peptide prices in October 2026: for the eight compounds with seven or more listings, median prices ran from $0.25 to $8.80 per labelled milligram. On 21 October 2026 we counted 128 listings from 9 retail vendors. Retatrutide ran a median $6.50 per mg, BPC-157 $6.12, TB-500 $7.03 and GHK-Cu $0.79. Every price list shows price per labelled milligram. What you pay per milligram actually in the vial is a separate number, and no shop page shows it.
The figures below come from our peptide price index, which captures each vendor's shop page daily. That page is the live table. This article is a dated summary of one capture, with the history back to 7 May 2026.

Prices are the price shown on each shop page, divided by the milligrams on the label, captured 20 and 21 October 2026. The lab columns come from our pooled record of 2,087 de-duplicated public lab results (Kovera, Janoshik and four other certificate sources, retrieved through 12 October 2026). They describe the compound across the whole public record, not these vendors' vials, and none of those results comes from a test we ordered.
We left two groups out of the medians. The live table keeps every row: the index held 139 rows from 10 vendors on 21 October, and the medians above use 128 rows from 9.
- Pure Rawz (9 listings). Its site still shows prices, but by 12 October 2026 it had stopped selling direct and pointed buyers to other shops (see our Pure Rawz record). Its rows include two HGH, BPC-157 and TB-500 combination sprays, which would not fit a per-mg median anyway. With Pure Rawz included, the BPC-157 median would read higher.
- Two TB-500 Fragment (17-23) listings. A seven-residue fragment is a different molecule from full-length thymosin beta-4, so it does not belong in a TB-500 per-mg median.
Tirzepatide and semaglutide barely appear in the index. Apart from Pure Rawz, only one vendor in the index lists tirzepatide (Research Peptide Hub, as "GLP-2 TRZ"). Our last semaglutide listings in the 25 June 2026 capture were at CertaPeptides ($3.98 to $11.07 per mg across six sizes) and Prime Research Peptides ($11.00 to $13.00), which has since closed its shop. CertaPeptides' shop page showed no semaglutide in our 20 October capture.
Why does price per mg vary so much?
Vial size. Per-mg price falls as the vial gets bigger. Panda Peptides listed retatrutide at $7.20 per mg on a 5 mg vial and $3.50 on a 50 mg vial on 21 October. Across all retatrutide listings, the median 5 mg vial ran $8.65 per mg and the median 50 mg vial $4.59. Comparing a 5 mg price at one shop with a 50 mg price at another measures vial size, not the vendor.
The vendor's price tier. For BPC-157 10 mg alone, prices ran from $39.99 to $99.99 per vial on the same day. The spread is wider than any manufacturing difference we can document.
Sale pricing. 19 of Real Peptides' 21 listings showed a struck-through list price exactly twice the price charged. We record the lower price, because that is what the checkout asks for. 12 of the 21 listings were out of stock on 21 October.
Coupons. Three vendors in the index have a published reader code on their vendor pages, last verified on 22 May 2026. The live table can show code-adjusted prices for them. The medians above use shop prices only, because a five-month-old code is not a price we can confirm.
How have peptide prices changed since May 2026?
Very little, when you compare like with like. Our first capture, on 7 May 2026, covered 5 vendors and 43 listings. We matched every vendor, compound and vial size that appears in both that capture and the 21 October index: 29 slots.
| Change, 7 May to 21 Oct 2026 | Slots | Largest moves |
|---|---|---|
| Unchanged | 16 | · |
| Cheaper | 8 | Limitless BPC-157 Acetate 10 mg $93.99 to $45.99; Limitless GHK-Cu 200 mg $146.99 to $85.99; Ascension tesamorelin 5 mg $85 to $50 |
| Dearer | 5 | Particle AOD-9604 5 mg $33.05 to $47.84; Pure Rawz BPC-157 10 mg $114.75 to $140.59 |
Two qualifications. Both of the largest cuts are at Limitless Life Nootropics, whose 11 listings were all out of stock on 21 October, so the lower price was not one a buyer could pay that day. Particle Peptides prices in euros; we convert at a fixed 1.07, so its moves are euro price changes, not exchange-rate noise.
Retatrutide shows why a falling median is not the same as falling prices. Our 25 June 2026 capture gave a median of $8.50 per mg from 16 listings at 5 vendors. On 21 October the median was $6.50 from 20 listings at 5 vendors. In between, Swiss Chems' retatrutide listings left our capture and Prime Research Peptides closed its shop, while Panda Peptides and Real Peptides joined the index. Of the three vendors present both times, CertaPeptides cut its 50 mg vial from $313.52 to $283.99 and its 30 mg from $202.20 to $187.43, Research Peptide Hub held both prices, and Particle's GLP-3 rose from €113.81 to €121.94 when it was relisted "with Mannitol". The drop is mostly a change of vendors. For what that means at each trial dose step, see retatrutide price per month.
Why is retatrutide sold under code names?
Four of the five vendors selling retatrutide in our 21 October index do not call it retatrutide in the product title:
| Vendor | Listed as |
|---|---|
| CertaPeptides | GLP-3 Reta |
| Real Peptides | GLP3-RT (Trinity-X) |
| Research Peptide Hub | GLP-3 RT (GLP-1/GIP/GCGR) |
| Particle Peptides | GLP-3 (with Mannitol) |
| Panda Peptides | Retatrutide (Triple Receptor Agonist) |
CertaPeptides made the switch most recently: its shop page showed "Retatrutide" in our capture on the morning of 20 October 2026 and "GLP-3 Reta" that evening, at unchanged prices. A price list that searches only for the word retatrutide would now miss four of five vendors. We file every code name under the compound so the comparison holds. FDA's August 2026 letters quoted codes such as GLP-3 Reta and GLP-2 TRZ and treated them as the underlying drugs. Our code-name decoder has the full list.
Is the cheapest vial the cheapest per verified mg?
A price per mg divides the price by the label. What a buyer is paying for is the milligrams of the right molecule actually in the vial, and only a lab can measure that. The figures below are our own arithmetic on the pooled public record, not results for any vendor in the index. Three cases move the number:
- The vial holds more than its label. Retatrutide at the $6.50 median with the pooled record's median fill of 110.2% works out to $5.90 per measured mg.
- The vial holds less. At 90% of label, the same $6.50 becomes $7.22. A 50 mg SS-31 vial in our vendor failure taxonomy measured 44.10 mg, an 11.8% shortfall.
- The vial holds something else. Three of the 323 retatrutide results in the pooled record did not confirm the labelled molecule. For that vial the price per mg of retatrutide has no finite value.
The public record looks reassuring: across 2,087 results, the median vial held 109.6% of its label and 1.8% held under 90%. But vendors choose which batches to send to a lab and which results to publish, so the record describes the batches that were published, not the market. Our purity and fill study sets out that limit in full.
Price does not tell you whether a lot was tested. A certificate for your lot number that resolves on the issuing lab's own site does. Some vendors in the index publish batch certificates on their own pages, and we mirror them: 79 from Particle Peptides (21 May 2026), 89 from Swiss Chems and 64 from Ascension Peptides (both 26 May 2026). Other vendors in the index publish few or none that we can match to a listing, and we have not tested any vial ourselves. For scale, Janoshik's GLP-1 blind test listed at $360 on 5 October 2026, about twice the $174.99 price of the cheapest 50 mg retatrutide vial in the index. A buyer who wants a verified price per mg pays for that verification separately or relies on the vendor's.
What we read, and what we did not
We read every price in our index as captured from each vendor's shop page on 20 and 21 October 2026, plus 45 earlier captures back to 7 May 2026, and our pooled public lab record (2,087 results, retrieved through 12 October 2026). We did not read prices behind logins, wholesale or bulk tiers, factory-direct sellers, telehealth or compounding pharmacies, or shipping costs. We placed no orders and tested no vials.

Frequently asked
How much do research peptides cost per mg?
It depends on the compound. In our 21 October 2026 index the medians were $6.50/mg for retatrutide, $6.12 for BPC-157, $7.03 for TB-500, $4.54 for MOTS-c, $7.60 for tesamorelin, $0.79 for GHK-Cu and $0.25 for NAD+. Compare prices within one compound, not across compounds: synthesis cost and typical vial size differ.
Are peptide prices going up or down?
Mostly flat. We compared 29 vendor, compound and vial-size slots that appear in both our first capture (7 May 2026) and the 21 October 2026 index. 16 were unchanged, 8 were cheaper and 5 cost more. The two largest cuts are on listings that were out of stock on 21 October.
Why did the retatrutide median fall from $8.50 to $6.50 per mg?
Mostly because the vendors changed. Our 25 June 2026 median of $8.50 came from 16 listings at 5 vendors. By 21 October two of them no longer had retatrutide in our capture and two cheaper vendors had joined. Of the vendors in both captures, CertaPeptides cut its 30 mg and 50 mg vials by 7% to 9%; the rest held or rose.
Is the cheapest peptide vial the best value?
Not necessarily. A per-mg price assumes the vial holds its label. In the pooled public lab record, retatrutide vials had a median fill of 110.2% of label and 0.7% held under 90%, but those are batches vendors chose to publish. A vial with no lot-specific result has an unknown price per mg.
Why do vendors list retatrutide as GLP-3?
Four of the five vendors selling it in our 21 October index use a code name: GLP-3 Reta, GLP3-RT, GLP-3 RT or GLP-3. FDA's August 2026 warning letters quoted codes such as GLP-3 Reta by name and treated them as the underlying drug. We file every one under retatrutide so the per-mg comparison holds.
Where can I see current peptide prices?
Our peptide price index lists every captured listing with vial size, price per mg and stock status, refreshed daily. This article is a dated summary of the 21 October 2026 capture, so figures here will drift from the live table.
