- Unusually complete certificates, from labs we cannot cross-check. 17 of the 21 catalogue products carry a downloadable PDF certificate that names the lab, lot, report date and result. These are full panels, not purity alone: identity by LC-MS, purity by RP-HPLC, potency, endotoxin by LAL, sterility by USP, residual solvents by GC-MS and heavy metals by ICP-OES. That is more paperwork than most shops we track publish. The gap is independence: none of it is in our mirrors.
- One real primary lab, one we could not verify. Fifteen certificates are from Optiq Health Labs, LLC, a real analytical lab in Santa Ana, California, with a named analyst, address and phone. Two, for BPC-157 and Tesamorelin, are from Horizon Analytical, for which we found no public footprint as an independent peptide lab.
- The purity numbers are the labs' own. The published results run 99.0% to 99.8%. These are the labs' figures as presented by the shop, not results from a vial we bought and sent out ourselves.
- Premium pricing. Per milligram, several staples sit well above our vendor index: BPC-157 +42%, MOTS-c +96%, Selank +175% on 12 October 2026. TB-500 is the exception, about 16% under.
- Clean regulatory posture. Retatrutide is sold under its real name, not a code name, and the product pages carry no dosing, protocols or human-use claims. We found no FDA warning letter and no lawsuit naming the shop or Power P Holdings, LLC.
- Brand new, and Venmo/Zelle only. The domain was registered 5 April 2026, there is no independent review record, and payment is person-to-person transfer only.

What this does and does not establish:
- The Optiq certificates are genuinely thorough. The Retatrutide 60mg report we opened (lot SD-260728-1, 8 August 2026) lists RP-HPLC purity 99.1% against a ≥98% spec, LC-MS identity, 59.31 mg potency, and passing endotoxin, sterility, a 22-analyte residual-solvent panel and four heavy metals. That is a fuller panel than a typical purity-only certificate.
- We cannot confirm any of it. Neither Optiq nor Horizon publishes to a database we mirror. Optiq offers a private client-portal and QR check, not an open public lookup, and we did not verify a certificate against the lab's own record for this audit. The Horizon reports we cannot place against any lab at all.
- Two certificates are batch substitutes. The NAD+ 1000mg certificate is from a 500mg batch and the Semax 5mg certificate from a 10mg batch. The shop labels both as the nearest strength tested, which is honest, but it means the exact product was not the item tested.

Free two-day shipping is better than most, and a named legal entity with a published address is a point in its favour. Venmo/Zelle-only payment is the weak point: both are person-to-person transfers with no chargeback, so a buyer has no way to reverse a payment if an order does not arrive. The retatrutide median spans all vial sizes; its 60mg vial and the $4,050 wholesale 10-pack (about $6.75/mg) price nearer the median at volume. Across the standard peptides, though, the shop runs premium: the documentation and free two-day shipping come at a price above the field. We did not price the shop's blends, where per-mg comparison does not hold.

POWERpepsUSA publishes better paperwork than most new shops: full analytical panels on nearly every product, from a lab that is real and reachable. What it lacks is a track record and independent verification. The domain is six months old, there are no reviews anywhere, fifteen of seventeen certificates ride on one lab we cannot cross-check and two on a lab we cannot find, payment is Venmo or Zelle with no way to claw a payment back, and the standard peptides are priced well above the field. Read the certificate for your exact lot, treat the purity figures as the lab's claim until one is checked, and go in knowing a Venmo or Zelle payment has no buyer protection.
