Strengths & weaknesses

+ STRENGTHS
  • 32 Kovera vial reports with an LC-MS identity line; median purity 99.83%
  • Publishes add-on panels most shops skip: 17 heavy-metal, 7 endotoxin and 4 sterility reports at Kovera
  • A 424-row public certificate ledger, searchable by the batch ID on the vial
  • Non-GLP vials 28-67% under our index median per mg
  • Finnrick's top retatrutide rating on 9 Oct 2026 (93% across 30 tests)
− WEAKNESSES
  • Open FDA warning letter 735063 (24 Aug 2026); all six named peptides still on sale on 9 Oct 2026
  • Three Kovera fails: Epithalon at 72.85% purity, Semax at 68.7% of label, a semaglutide sterility "Growth"
  • The shop's ledger shows passing reports for those three lots, not the fails
  • Four vials at 127-132% of label still marked PASS by Kovera
  • Wyoming LLC at a registered-agent address plus a Sarasota mailbox; we could not confirm the filing
  • Trustpilot profile removed; Finnrick rates it 66%, #332 of 457

FROM THE BENCH

What we found

  • An open FDA warning letter. Letter 735063, dated 24 August 2026, names six of its peptides and its bac water as unapproved new drugs. All six peptides were still on sale on 9 October 2026. We found no published response.
  • A deep lab record. 32 Kovera vial reports with identity confirmed, a median purity of 99.83%, and heavy-metal, endotoxin and sterility panels most shops never buy.
  • Three failed reports the shop's ledger leaves out. An Epithalon vial at 72.85% purity, a Semax vial at 68.7% of label and a semaglutide sterility screen reading "Growth". For those lot codes the ledger lists only the passing reports.
  • An owner we could not confirm. The policies name Pirsek Technologies LLC at a Wyoming registered-agent address; the contact page gives a Sarasota mailbox. Neither state's registry returned the LLC.
  • Low non-GLP prices. 28-67% under our index median per mg.

Peptide Partners scores 50/100. If you buy, check every lot code on Kovera's verifier, not on the shop's ledger.

Is Peptide Partners legit?

It is a real shop that ships and publishes lab reports you can check yourself. A Kovera certificate number typed into Kovera's verifier returns the same record the vendor links. We confirmed its reports that way on 9 October 2026, including all three failures below.

If "legit" includes legal standing, the answer is no. FDA has told the operator in writing that six of its products are unapproved drugs. A clean certificate does not change that: as our August letters article explains, none of the 2026 letters relied on lab testing.

What do Peptide Partners' lab reports show?

Our mirror of Kovera Labs holds 61 records for the client "Peptide Partners", dated 25 February to 16 July 2026. 32 are vial potency reports with purity, net content and an LC-MS identity line. The other 29 are add-on panels: 17 heavy metals, 7 endotoxin, 4 sterility screens and 1 bac water analysis. Our May leaderboard counted 26 records; 11 more came from PDFs on the vendor's site after Kovera closed its public listing.

The three failures

ReportProductLotTestedResult
KVR-2026-C06E75Epithalon 10 mgET20260420 Mar 2026Purity 72.85%, batch average 72.83% against ">98%", FAIL
KVR-2026-1AF8EFSemax 30 mgSX20260324 Mar 2026Net content 20.62 mg (68.7% of label), batch average 20.79 mg against "30mg ± 10%", FAIL
RSTER-KVR-2026-643CB5SemaglutideSM202607published 24 May 2026Rapid sterility "Growth", FAIL

The Epithalon vial held the right peptide: LC-MS confirmed Epitalon as the main compound, but about 27% of the HPLC signal came from other material. That is the lowest purity in the Peptide Partners set by 26 points. A 40 mg vial carrying the same lot code, ET202604, measured 99.86% on 13 May 2026.

Read the semaglutide result with care. Kovera's method text calls the rapid screen "preliminary" and says full USP <71> testing "may be required". A second Kovera report on a vial with the same lot label, KVR-2026-D8F3B3 from 10 June 2026, passed both the rapid sterility screen and endotoxin. We cannot tell from outside whether the two samples came from one production run.

What the shop's ledger shows for those lots

The certificate ledger describes itself as "the most recent third-party analyses". On 9 October 2026 it showed:

LotFailing Kovera reportWhat the ledger lists instead
ET202604 (Epithalon)72.85% purity, 20 March99.86% purity, 13 May
SX202603 (Semax)68.7% of label, 24 March99.91% purity, 31 March
SM202607 (semaglutide)sterility "Growth", published 24 Maypassing sterility screen, June

Showing the newest report per lot is a defensible design. It also means a buyer who reads only the ledger never learns that the lot code once failed. Kovera's verifier keeps the failures.

Overfills marked PASS

Four reports run over 125% of label: thymosin alpha-1 (128.4%), BPC-157 (127.3%), PT-141 (131.0%) and ipamorelin (131.8%). From June 2026 Kovera's net-content specification reads "~10mg" instead of "10mg ± 10%", so 13.18 mg in a 10 mg ipamorelin vial reads PASS. The older specification passed overfill too: the thymosin alpha-1 report (KVR-2026-9E35D5) shows 12.84 mg against "10mg ± 10%" and was marked PASS on Kovera's verifier when we checked on 9 October 2026. In the records we read, Kovera failed only fills below the range. Overfill costs a buyer less than underfill, but a 10 mg label on a 13 mg vial is still wrong.

What to watch out for

The FDA warning letter

FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research reviewed peptide.partners in July 2026. The letter names "GLP-1 S (Semaglutide)", "GLP-2 T (Tirzepatide)", "GLP-3 Reta (Retatrutide)", "SS-31 (Elamipretide)", "Tesa Peptide (Tesamorelin)", "PT-141 (Bremelanotide)" and "Reconstitution Solution (BAC)" as unapproved new drugs under section 505(a) of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

FDA quoted the shop's own research summaries. The retatrutide page called it "the weight-loss drug Retatrutide"; the SS-31 page described "a potential treatment to protect the retina". FDA wrote that selling bac water beside injectable peptides "demonstrates that you intend for your 'Reconstitution Solution (BAC)' to be used in combination for injection", and set aside the "for research use only" label because the website "establishes that your products are intended to be drugs for human use."

The shop's public product feed on 9 October 2026:

GLP-2 Tirzepatidein stock, product description empty

The text FDA quoted was gone; the products were still listed, and the homepage featured the retatrutide 24 mg pack above every other product. Our code-name decoder and GLP-3 RT explainer cover the naming pattern, and FDA peptide enforcement 2024-2026 has the wider timeline.

Finnrick's vendor report (3 July 2026) says Wyoming, Florida and OpenCorporates searches "did not confirm the filing". Peptide Grades lists "Pirsek Technologies LLC, FL". We could not confirm an LLC in either state. The ledger includes a semaglutide report dated 20 August 2025.

Finnrick's retatrutide table puts a vendor at $4.79 per mg, 93%, 30 tests in first place; those are the figures on Finnrick's Peptide Partners page. The shop's homepage line "Independent analysis ranks Peptide Partners #1 for overall peptide quality" does not name the analysis. Finnrick's overall rank for the shop is 332nd.

Trustpilot shows the profile as removed because the business "goes against our guidelines". On Reddit, most posts naming the shop in the past year are PeptideBenchmark affiliate posts or summaries of the FDA letter. One January 2026 buyer wrote that they "can find no info on how much reconstitution solution to use". We found no lookalike shop using the name; searches also return peptide.com, an unrelated peptide synthesis company.

The weighted subscores come to 6.5. We take 1.5 off for the open FDA warning letter, three times the regulatory-exposure deduction we applied to Hello Stacks, which has no letter. A warning letter is FDA's written finding about named listings, and this one has no public response while the listings stay up. That gives 5.0. The rubric is on our methodology page.

Verdict

Buy from Peptide Partners only if you want a lot code you can trace to a lab report, and you check that code on Kovera's verifier rather than the shop's ledger, because only the verifier keeps the failures. Skip it if legal exposure counts in your decision: FDA named six of its products, we found no published response, and those products still lead its homepage. For a deep Kovera record without a warning letter, Ion Peptide holds the largest clean set in our mirror.

FAQ

Is Peptide Partners legit? It is a real, operating shop with a deep lab paper trail: 32 Kovera vial reports in our mirror at a 99.83% median purity, plus heavy-metal, endotoxin and sterility panels. It also holds an open FDA warning letter (735063, 24 August 2026), and three Kovera reports failed. We score it 50/100 on public data; we have not placed an order.

Did FDA send Peptide Partners a warning letter? Yes. Letter 735063, dated 24 August 2026, says FDA reviewed peptide.partners in July 2026 and found its semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, SS-31, tesamorelin and PT-141 listings, plus its "Reconstitution Solution (BAC)", to be unapproved new drugs. On 9 October 2026 the shop still listed all six peptides; the text FDA quoted was gone and the bac water was out of stock.

Where is Peptide Partners located and who owns it? The contact page gives 8350 Bee Ridge Rd #379, Sarasota, Florida, a numbered mailbox. The privacy policy and terms name Pirsek Technologies LLC, Wyoming law, and 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, Wyoming, the address of a commercial registered agent. We could not confirm the LLC filing in Wyoming or Florida.

Which labs test Peptide Partners peptides? Its ledger lists TrustPointe, Kovera Labs, Chromate and BioRegen. Kovera reports can be checked on Kovera's public verifier, which also keeps failed results. Rows dated September and October 2026 name Chromate or TrustPointe; the newest Kovera row is dated 22 August 2026. We have not assessed the other three labs.

Does Peptide Partners still sell retatrutide after the FDA letter? Yes. On 9 October 2026 the shop listed "GLP-3 Retatrutide" in 12 mg and 24 mg vials as in stock, along with "GLP-2 Tirzepatide" and "GLP-1 Semaglutide". All three are named in FDA's August letter. We report this as regulatory exposure, not as a finding about product quality.

Does vialaudit earn commission from Peptide Partners? No. We have no commercial relationship with Peptide Partners. This page carries no affiliate link and no coupon, and the visit link goes to the plain homepage.

What we read, and what we did not

We read the 61 Peptide Partners records in our Kovera mirror and re-checked 42 of them on Kovera's verifier (the three fails, 13 other vial reports and 26 of the 29 add-on panels). We also read our Janoshik mirror, the vendor's 424-row certificate ledger and one ledger PDF, its product feed (42 products) and policy pages, FDA letter 735063, RDAP, the Wyoming registered-agent roster, four rater sites and Reddit search results, all on 9 October 2026.

We did not open checkout, order a vial, or contact Peptide Partners, Kovera or FDA. We read only the public summary of Finnrick's paid report. Wyoming and Florida business searches did not return Pirsek Technologies LLC, so the entity's status is unconfirmed. We did not open every ledger PDF from TrustPointe, Chromate or BioRegen and have not assessed those labs.
